He/she provides site level improvement project support, which may include fulfilling roles for project execution work processes (ex. Global Project Methodology (GPM), Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Early stage project evaluation (Front End Loading) including layout, cost estimates, engineering feasibility and engineering bid packages.\n* Assist with the implementation of Business-supported projects as identified in the Plant Specific Technology Plan\n* Partner with operations and tech center personnel to gather and analyze data, identify gaps, and evaluate improvement and project opportunities\nPartner with operations to form and lead a site improvement team that will help identify plant needs and potential solutions.
